Disruptions to GICCS Service

Issues with access via internet

Following the upgrade of the Ghana Integrated Cargo Clearance System (GICCS) some issues have been encountered resulting in intermittent disruptions to the GICCS Platform when accessed via the internet. Temporary arrangements have been made for affected users while engineers are working around the clock to restore full service.

Users are assured of restoration of full Service by 02 July 2016.
